– A specialist in landscape design goes to the object to get acquainted with the peculiarities of the area: to see the buildings, to understand the illumination area, a relief, to know the soil characteristics and find out the vegetation at the area;
– On the basis of the information is received a contract, and only after it is signed work on landscape design starts;
– Area measurements are making, in the case of complex terrain or significant inclines the geodetic survey is made;
